Anxiety & Stress

Your calm isn't gone. It's buried under a pattern your nervous system learned.

If you're reading this, you've probably already tried the usual advice. Breathe through it. Distract yourself. Push on and hope it settles.

Most approaches try to manage anxiety from the outside: techniques you apply in the moment, willpower you lean on when it hits. For a while, that might get you through the day. But it doesn't get you out. The anxiety is still there tomorrow, waiting for the next trigger, because nothing about the underlying pattern has actually changed.

That's the real problem. Not just the racing heart or the tight chest in the moment, but the exhaustion of having to manage it constantly, the quiet worry that this is just how things are now, and the sense that anxiety, not you, is the one deciding what you can and can't do.

Hypnotherapy works differently. Instead of treating the surface reaction, it goes looking for the subconscious pattern that's actually triggering it, the thing your mind learned, at some point, to protect you from. Once that pattern is identified, it can be interrupted and replaced, so the response itself changes. Not managed. Changed.

How it works

Sessions are calm and structured. There's no pressure, no reliving trauma, no digging through content you'd rather not revisit. Using content-free techniques and parts therapy, we identify what the anxiety has actually been protecting you from, interrupt that pattern, and replace it with something that serves you better. Most clients see this shift within three to five sessions.

After my first session with Andrew I felt amazing. After suffering from anxiety and stressful situations in my life, I have never felt so refreshed and less anxious.

The cost of leaving it unaddressed

The cost of leaving anxiety unaddressed isn't dramatic, it's quiet. It's the invitation you don't accept, the conversation you avoid, the version of your week that gets smaller so anxiety has less to react to. It adds up. And it doesn't resolve on its own just because you've got used to it.

What changes

The alternative is simple to picture. Mornings that don't start with a knot in your stomach. Saying yes to things without running a risk assessment first. Walking into a room and just being there, instead of managing your own nervous system while you try to focus on what's actually happening.

That's what this work is for: not coping better, but not needing to cope in the first place.
