Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ofrightmind.com website, operated by Of Right Mind. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms, which apply to all visitors and users. Services
- Results are not guaranteed, as everyone responds differently to hypnosis.
- Payment is for time, knowledge and expertise.
- None of the services provided are intended to replace, or be used instead of, mainstream medical treatment. If in doubt, always consult a doctor about any medical ailment and ask for their advice before commencing any of these services.
Late cancellations and no-shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. Missed appointments will still be charged for, as the appointed time slot is in high demand and the payment is for the practitioner's time.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Of Right Mind. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services, and shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by use of or reliance on them.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Prices for services throughout this website are subject to change without notice, and we shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
